About Me:
I have worked in childcare for 11 years, 5 of which have been in the UK working at Monkey Puzzle Regent Terrace. I started off working as bank staff and lunch cover and found myself working with a wonderful and supportive team in a nurturing environment that enables learning through play.
I started to work as an assistant in the baby room and was promoted to Baby Room leader. I loved this position, and it enabled me to learn how to manage a team and work together to help children build their confidence and reach their milestones in a safe and secure learning environment.
I was then promoted to Deputy Manager in 2021 where I have learnt new skills and been able to provide professional support and guidance to our team, contributing to the overall management of the nursery.
