Hello. I’m Thulie and I am the owner of Monkey Puzzle Regent Terrace Day Nursery and Preschool in Cambridge. My team and I are dedicated to giving every child the best start in life by caring for and supporting them to play, learn and grow in a positive and stimulating nursery environment.

We have a dedicated outdoor space used for a wide variety of activities from discovering nature to sports. Our wider local community plays an important role in the nursery experience as an extended learning environment to create well rounded socially aware young children.

Toddle waddle for Barnardo's with our families.

Lots of our lovely families joined us to raise money for Barnardo's, we all had a fun taking a walk on the beautiful Parker's piece.

It was lovely to receive such wonderful feedback from one of our families!!!

"We had a fantastic time on Friday with the parents and babies on Parker’s Piece. Thank you for organising this!

We have been meaning to get in touch for a while to say how grateful we are to you and the baby room team for the care and support you have given our child in these first few months since starting nursery. We are amazed by the commitment of yourself and staff to caring for these children with love and affection. We feel so secure everyday leaving him with you all, and it is clear he absolutely loves it.

Preparing for School

At Monkey Puzzle Regent Terrace, we have a special school readiness programme that encourages a passion for literacy while also helping children grow their social skills. We want them to feel confident during transitions and eager to share their thoughts and ideas.

The children enjoy outings to museums and in the local community and have a range of extra curricular activities such as Rugby tots and Monkeynastics.

Our Early Years Lead has created a 12-week programme aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring that the move from Nursery to Reception is enjoyable and positive for all children!

How To Find Monkey Puzzle Regent Terrace

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Regent Terrace, is proudly located in the heart of Cambridge in the CB2 postal sector. The nursery is at 12-13 Regent Terrace, Cambridge, overlooking the beautiful and spacious Parker’s Piece, close to Downing College and the Queen Anne Terrace Car Park. We are within a short drive of both the M11 and A14, making us perfect for families commuting in and out of Cambridge, as well as families located near the city centre.

Opening times: 8:00am to 6:00pm

Monday to Friday for 51 weeks per year, (closed for the week between
Christmas and New Year)
