How To Find Monkey Puzzle Regent Terrace
Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Regent Terrace, is proudly located in the heart of Cambridge in the CB2 postal sector. The nursery is at 12-13 Regent Terrace, Cambridge, overlooking the beautiful and spacious Parker’s Piece, close to Downing College and the Queen Anne Terrace Car Park. We are within a short drive of both the M11 and A14, making us perfect for families commuting in and out of Cambridge, as well as families located near the city centre.
Opening times: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Monday to Friday for 51 weeks per year, (closed for the week between
Christmas and New Year)

Our preschoolers have had a wonderful time exploring the natural world, learning about similarities and differences while enhancing their mathematical skills. In our outdoor area, they've been displaying their kindness and teamwork beautifully.

🍏Food, glorious food🍌
Here at Monkey Puzzle Regent Terrace all our meals are freshly prepared daily, our menu has been carefully put together to ensure that our little ones have a healthy nutritionally balanced diet which is varied and tasty. The children enjoy a range of meals that span the globe such as Somali Curry and Stroganoff and plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables!!
Mealtimes are a social occasion that not only support health but also develop children's independence, and language development.

Monkey Puzzle Regent Terrace - Our Scientific Bakers!!!
Baking is a wonderful hands-on activity, acting like a fun science experiment in the kitchen, which we can think of as our little laboratory! With all the exciting tools and containers around, children can explore. They get to pour and measure ingredients, watching wet and dry items transform into dough or batter and eventually into a tasty treat! Observing how a cake rises in the oven introduces them to scientific ideas, like how baking agents react with heat and how ingredients change physically. As they follow a recipe, children practice important skills like following steps, grasping cause and effect, and developing their critical thinking, problem-solving, and abstract thinking abilities. It's a delightful learning experience!
